Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver

The successful candidate will be an energetic dedicated individual, who is committed to teamwork and customer service.
Major Responsibilities:
• Working with a team of associates, providing excellence in customer service
• Identify and assist customers to meet their needs and expectations
• Computer input/data entry, including cash/charge sales
• Driving and delivering product (can include heavy lifting)
• Work 5 days/week, an average of 8.5 hours per day
Key Qualifications:
• Valid Drivers Licence required. DZ Licence an asset
• Experience in the retail industry
• Comfortable with general computer use
• Good interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work at a hectic pace under pressure
• Experience with general hardware, tools, and building supplies an asset
