Whether as a restaurant critic, as a chef or as a barman, Patrice Plante, founder of Monsieur Cocktail and NOA, has always been driven by a boundless passion for food and drinks, the quality and origin of ingredients, and the art of creating delicious dishes and drinks with the simple aim of putting smiles on faces. He starts every NOA recipe in his kitchen, experimenting with different ingredients until he perfects the recipes.
Tasting Notes:
The aroma is undeniably reminiscent of almonds and cherries, typical of alcoholic amaretto, with hints of macadamia. On the palate, the traditional liqueur feel envelops the palate before giving way to toasted notes of almonds and maple syrup.
Best Enjoyed:
On ice (or ice cream), mixed with (lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, cranberry, clementine, grapefruit), in an Amaretto Sour, mixed with hot or cold coffee, or with lemonade or Cola. In short, as you would your favourite Amaretto!
