Order Fulfillment Process

We stock 95% of what you see on this website in our store in Owen Sound, Ontario. Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible and to keep you in the loop the whole time.

Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your payment has cleared and your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and the status of your order.

Partial Shipments: If we can only partially ship your order, we will ship as much as possible and email you with a status update of "Partially Shipped" along with tracking information. We will also let you know what items are outstanding and what our expectation for shipping the rest of your order is.


Shipping

We currently ship Canada wide and some products within the USA. Unfortunately, our Emergency Food products and bulky water tanks cannot be shipped across the border, they are only available within Canada.

Canadian Orders: As a Canadian company we are able to give Canadian shoppers much lower shipping rates than our American competitors. Of course, there are also no import duties, customs or brokers fees or currency exchange rates either.

Most products are delivered safely and securely by Purolator, and are dispatched following a confirmed order and based upon a stock availability check. All orders go through shipping cost verification and may incur additional shipping costs depending upon weight, distance, and carrier. Please note that Purolator can only deliver to physical addresses - not post office boxes. Additional fees may be required to ship to a PO Box.

American Orders: Most items are available for shipment to the USA. You will be contacted if there are any additional freight charges before processing your order. Your bill will exclude Canadian GST/HST taxes and you will be responsible for paying any applicable custom fees and import duties when you receive your package.

Local Delivery

Fulfords offers local delivery service to communities in and around Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada for a nominal amount per order. These communities include: Meaford, Chatsworth, Southampton, Port Elgin, Wiarton, Hepworth, Shallow Lake.

For Delivery of large items such as the water storage Super Tanker, or extra heavy products like our cast iron cookware, there may be an additional delivery charge. Please contact us at admin@fulfords.com before placing your order to make delivery arrangements


Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment at our Owen sound, Ontario location, simply choose pickup as your shipping option inside the checkout. We will prepare your order, and contact you when it is ready to arrange a time for pickup. Our open hours are variable, so prior arrangements are essential.


Returns & Replacements

At Fulfords, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are disappointed with the quality of the product please return them to us and we will either exchange them or give you a refund. If your order has been sent to a destination within Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Fulfords. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important information:
  • Contact us before shipping any items
  • Food items are not returnable.
  • Items should be returned new, undamaged and in there original packaging.
  • Returns that are damaged or used will not be accepted.
  • Returns and there packaging must be in new, resellable condition.
  • Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • You are responsible for any damage that occurs in the return shipping.
  • Returns are to be sent pre-paid. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages during shipping? Please contact us to let us know as soon as possible, in most cases we can quickly replace the damaged product.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Please note that all our prices on our website and catalog are in Canadian dollars not including GST/HST. If your order is being delivered within Canada then your bill will include GST/HST. If your order is being delivered outside Canada then your bill will exclude GST/HST, but you will be responsible for paying any applicable custom fees and import duties when you receive your package. Please see the shipping FAQ for more information.

  • Accepted Forms of Payment: MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, and Money Order.
  • For local delivery orders, we accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa or MasterCard.
  • Please contact us at admin@fulfords.com to make an order with special payment arrangements.
  • Please note that not all products are available in the United States due to border regulations.
